I haven’t run in something like two weeks (I really should date stamp these) and my running playlist somehow got removed in the last sync, so it was an interesting time today. My makeshift playlist:

Jolene (the Slowdown) - Dolly Parton 
Mumford & Sons - The Boxer

On weights, two sets, 10 pound weights:
10 Standing Bicep Curl each, left and right
10 Standing Side Bend each, left and right
10 Shoulder Raise each, left and right

Plus one set:
15 Goblet Squats (15 pound weight)
